  • Customers must be available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address

  • Failure to accept or pay for a COD order may result in restriction of COD service for future orders

Payment Amount

The full order amount must be paid in cash to the delivery partner upon receipt. Please ensure the exact amount is available at the time of delivery.

Refunds for COD Orders

  • Approved refunds for COD orders are processed via bank transfer, store credit, or another agreed method

  • Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days after approval

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Order Cancellation

COD orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
